HR Administrator


Our client, a leading entity in the aerospace and engineering sector, is currently seeking a diligent and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop HR skills within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing employee records and ensuring they are kept up-to-date and accurate
  • Assisting with recruitment processes including shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding
  • Supporting the HR team with the development and implementation of HR policies
  • Maintaining employee benefits programs and informing employees of their benefits
  • Handling employee enquiries and providing general HR support to all staff
  • Coordinating training sessions and seminars
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as needed
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in HR administration within the aerospace or engineering sectors is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work tasks
  • Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience
