• Provide leadership to colleagues within the team and support the Service Manager in the daily management & running of the service.
• Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
• Manage, deliver & lead high-quality care as part of the team using a person centred approach.
• Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
• Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

Rowan House is a welcoming home nestled in the Essex countryside. The residents lead vibrant and socially active lives, embracing a wide array of activities. From cycling adventures to hydrotherapy sessions, swimming to trampolining experiences – there's never a dull moment.
