Key Responsibilities:

As an Office Administrator, you will provide essential support to the administration office, carrying out a wide variety of duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • General office administration, including filing, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Processing purchase ledger transactions.
  • Assisting with invoicing and supporting the finance function.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, property, or related sectors.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
  • Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and basic finance systems.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
