We're currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed individuals to work as Teaching Assistants across a selection of vibrant secondary schools in Berkshire, starting ASAP.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering a career in teaching, with potential for long-term roles and school-based teacher training for the right candidates.

• Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom

• Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery

• Providing 1:1 or small group interventions where needed

• Helping create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• (Depending on experience) Covering lessons on a short-term basis when required

• A genuine passion for working with young people

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues

• Flexible and proactive attitude

• You must have the Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship)

• Must have a DBS or willingness to obtain one!
