Day-to-day duties of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Support senior staff by managing diaries and scheduling meetings.
  • Handle client communications, raise quotes and manage the onboarding process.
  • Assist with staff administration and maintain compliance records.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office by performing various administrative tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven organisational skills and a professional demeanour.
  • Comfortable managing phone calls, client interactions, and general office responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous, particularly in accountancy or professional services, although not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
