Plumbing Lecturer

• Job Type: Permanent, Part-time (22.5 hours per week)
• Salary: £20,015 - £25,805 per annum
• Location: St. Helens

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Plumbing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an expanding area of the curriculum, known for its continued learner success and achievement.

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students enrolled in our Plumbing programmes.
• Develop and update the curriculum in line with industry standards and technological advancements.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with employers and industry partners to support student learning and future employment opportunities.
• Support the success, achievement, and enjoyment of students by providing engaging and comprehensive instruction.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of teaching practices and departmental objectives.

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
• Cert Ed, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification, or willingness to achieve this within a set period from appointment.
• GCSEs in English & Maths at grade A-C.
• Demonstrable experience in the Plumbing sector.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
