Part-Time Female Support Worker

Location: Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 16–20 hours per week

We are currently recruiting Female Support Workers to join our friendly and welcoming team within Quarriers Village in Bridge of Weir. You’ll be working in our warm and supportive Female Bungalows Service, supporting four young women with complex needs who live active, fulfilling lives.

Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role due to the needs of the individuals we support. We are unable to consider applicants who do not drive.

What the Role Involves

You’ll provide practical and emotional support tailored to the individual needs of the women you support. This includes helping with daily living, social activities, and engaging with the wider community. Every day is different, and every moment matters.

You’ll be part of a supportive team who work collaboratively, always putting the people we support at the heart of everything we do. Full training is provided – you just need to bring your enthusiasm, care, and commitment.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Female (Occupational Requirement in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010)
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Naturally caring, patient, and positive
• A good communicator who values dignity, respect, and inclusion
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work a variety of shifts
• Open to learning – no formal qualifications required
