Job Title:  Team Leading Assessor Trainer

Location:  Burton-Upon-Trent and surrounding areas

Salary: Part Time Salary of up to £21,000 (Depending on experience)

Type: Part Time, Permanent (22.2 hours per week)

Duties:

• Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading, Business Administration and Customer Service, to level 3.
• Support learners through their Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
• As part of the Apprenticeship delivery, you will conduct classroom-based workshops, sharing experiences, leading informal / professional discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends (every quarter).
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.

Criteria:

• Must be a qualified Assessor with experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Team Leading (and ideally Business Administration / Customer Service)
• Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of delivering classroom based workshops.
• Must hold strong competency as a Team Leader, or above. 
• Hold a Level 2 Qualification in Maths and English.
• Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
