Global Finance Director - Creative Agency

Our client is a Creative Agency looking to hire a Finance Director to lead financial strategy, drive profitability and support business growth across UK and international studios.

This is a senior leadership role reporting to the board and sitting on the Global Leadership Team. You’ll oversee financial performance, budgeting, risk management and operational efficiencies while overseeing and developing a high-performing finance team.

Hybrid and part-time working available.

The Role

• Lead financial strategy, reporting and board-level insights
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow across project-based revenue cycles
• Manage global tax compliance, FX exposure and transfer pricing
• Support commercial growth and evaluate investment opportunities
• Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions and mitigating financial risks
• Collaborate on pricing models, utilisation and resource allocation
• Implement new financial platforms and tools

The Candidate

• Strong experience leading a finance team in a similar industry
• Global / FX experience is beneficial
• Commercial acumen and strategic mindset
• Expertise in financial modelling, pricing
• Experienced decision maker working with board-level
