Residential Support Worker

£15 per hour · Part-time, Temporary to Permanent Contract

Mon–Thu · 12:30pm – 9:30pm

About the Role

We’re looking for a committed and reliable Residential Support Worker to join our team. You’ll be supporting young people with physical disabilities and complex needs in a residential school setting, helping with daily routines, personal care, and encouraging independence.

What You’ll Do

• Support students with eating, drinking, and personal care.
• Encourage independence and life skills.
• Provide care in a safe, respectful environment.
• Work as part of a supportive team.

What We’re Looking For

• Compassion, patience, and reliability.
• Full UK driving licence (essential – no public transport nearby).
• Moving & Handling training (Not including online course)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
