A high-end Cotswold venue is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded, luxury hospitality business, where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival through to departure.

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating efficiently to optimise guest flow.
• Take and process orders accurately, liaising promptly with kitchen and bar teams.
• Respond to guest queries, feedback, or complaints with professionalism and positivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all front of house areas, including reception and dining spaces.
• Collaborate effectively with back-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.
• Support in onboarding and training new staff when required, contributing to a strong team culture.

• Previous customer-facing experience preferred but not essential – a strong willingness to learn is key.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on customer service.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for hospitality.
