This roleis an onsite position; shift times vary depending on the type of survey and passengers/flights being targeted. A typical week is 20 hours, rostered between the hours of 0500 and 2300, split over three 6–7-hour shifts per week, which can be across 7 days a week. The roster is released a year in advance.
What is the role?
The Market Research team undertake a range of surveys to collect information on the opinions, experiences and preferences of our customers that ensures we can provide the best service and inform future planning choices for the airport.
If you enjoy interacting with the public and are interested in helping to develop the airport of the future, then this is the role for you.
It entails working both landside & airside, across all areas of the airport, acting as an ambassador through positive interactions. Surveys are primarily conducted on tablets and most of the time you will work alone on a shift basis, but as part of a wider team.
