The role
You’ll take ownership of a warm, active desk within the accountancy practice market, managing the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to offer stage.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Partners and Hiring Managers within accountancy firms.
- Source, qualify and manage candidates from Semi-Senior through to Partner level.
- Manage interview processes, negotiate offers and deliver a first-class candidate experience.
- Consistently meet activity and revenue goals while upholding our reputation for quality.
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years’ experience in agency recruitment, preferably within professional services.
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging with senior decision-makers.
- A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in professional services recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
