PT EA - Interior Design

Role: PA to MD - part time
Location: West London
Working Pattern: Part-time – in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 9am-5.30pm
Salary: £50–60k FTE, depending on experience
A leading interior design company is seeking a highly organised and resilient PA to support their MD, based in West London. This is a varied, high-impact role where you’ll be a central point of contact for the executive team, with the opportunity to grow into a true right-hand support.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Organising international travel, meetings, and events
  • Preparing reports and business documents
  • Liaising with internal departments and acting as a link between the MD and wider business
  • Light personal support
  • Supporting recruitment and HR processes alongside the HR team
  • Handling ad hoc tasks including letters, meeting notes, and general office coordination
  • Assisting in team celebrations, offsites, and seasonal events
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years’ experience as a PA or EA in a similar role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – especially confident with pivot tables
  • Highly organised and emotionally intelligent
  • Resilient and calm under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Ideally experience within interior design or a creative industry
  • Confident stepping into a decision-making role
