Overview Imperium Financial Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing business based near Macclesfield, Cheshire, to recruit a part-time Office Administrator. This role offers variety and flexibility, supporting the smooth running of the office and ensuring key administrative and financial tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities - Carry out general office administration duties, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Undertake bank reconciliations and support with basic finance-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date office systems and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to management and colleagues as required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Assist with ad hoc office duties, ensuring a proactive and flexible approach to workload.
Candidate Profile - Previous experience in an office administration role is essential; experience with finance tasks such as bank reconciliations is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident IT user, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
- A flexible and proactive approach, with good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
