Part Time Administrator

The Job:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Part Time Operations Administrator which will sit within their small and friendly head office team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Identify training needs and ensure staff are enrolled on relevant courses regularly

• Manage relationships with external training providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.

• Maintain accurate training records, tracking mandatory compliance and renewal dates.

• Oversee NVQ/Diploma enrolments and professional development pathways for their staff.

• Answer the telephone, handle general enquiries, and route calls appropriately.

• Undertake general office duties such as scanning, typing, and filing.

• Manage company vehicles, including booking repairs and arranging the purchase of new vehicles.

• Oversee expenditure requests from sites, ensuring accuracy and approval processes are followed.

• Type and send letters and other correspondence.

• Note taking at meetings when required



The Person:

For this role our client is looking for someone who is very organised, with an eye for detail and accurate with previous administration experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Confident in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

• Professional, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality.


The Hours:

16-20 hours per week (flexible hours to suit)


The Location:

Stanton Drew, Chew Valley, Bath and North East Somerset (100% office based) Bristol. (Great locations for those living Bath, Wells, Chew Valley, South Bristol, Whitchurch, Bishopsworth)


The Salary:

£30,000 pro-rata
