Office Administrator – Customer Care & Estimating Support �?
Location: Rochford, Essex
Hours: Full-time – 8am – 4.30pm (flexible)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: Immediate

Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for customer service and administrative excellence? I’m looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to join a friendly team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer care via phone, email, and in-person
  • Handle general office administration including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Support the estimating and quotations process by preparing and sending quotes to clients
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely responses
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with scheduling and coordination

What I’m Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in an office or customer service role is desirable
