Key Responsibilities of the Part-Time Operations & Marketing Administrator:
Provide comprehensive administrative support across the business, including document preparation and organisation.
Communicate directly with schools and teachers to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer support.
Support marketing activities, including writing and scheduling engaging social media content.
Upload and manage new content on the company website.
Maintain and regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer records.
Coordinate and schedule school training sessions and follow-up calls.
Respond promptly to teacher enquiries via email or video calls, offering helpful and professional assistance.
Assist with the planning and delivery of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website updates.
Contribute creative ideas for content, customer stories, and events to help grow and engage the community.
Represent the company at selected education conferences, helping to manage the exhibition stand and connect with attendees.
Skills and Experience Required - Part-Time Operations & Marketing Administrator:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
Confident and professional communication, both written and verbal coupled with a friendly and approachable manner.
Comfortable using and quickly learning new digital tools and platforms (e.g. CRM systems, social media, email marketing).
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a small, collaborative team.
Experience in creating or managing content for social media channels.
A genuine interest in education and technology.
Ability to work from the Harrogate office at least 2 days per week.
