Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Hours of work: 33.5hrs per week (Term Time Only - 39 weeks per year
What we are looking for
- Must hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification.
- Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.
- Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding
