PART TIME HR ADMIN SUPPORT

Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for part-time hours that fit around commitments?

We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our clients team in Basingstoke. Stunning offices with state of the art facilities, the are a very welcoming, supportive environment with long standing staff.

In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll provide essential HR administrative support. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the administration of employee benefits
  • Assisting with recruitment administration (e.g., scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters)
  • Monitoring staff absences and maintaining accurate records
  • Conducting and recording Right to Work checks
  • Ensuring employee files and records are up to date and compliant

We’re looking for someone who has previous HR administration experience and is confident working independently as well as part of a team. You’ll need to be:

  • PC literate, with good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of on-site work in our Basingstoke office and remote working. We’re happy to be flexible with hours too.
