Document Production Administrator

My client are seeking a part-time administrator (with a level of flexibility) to join their team. You will be reporting directly to the Finance Director producing a high volume of detailed documents. The role includes a number of ad hoc administrative and P.A. tasks. The workload is seasonal and so the role requires flexible working hours but a base of two days per week with additional hours at certain times of the year, notably between August and March.

The ideal candidate will be organised and efficient with good typing skills and with excellent attention to detail. They will be comfortable working flexibly throughout the year, with periods of concentrated full-time work.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong Microsoft Word skills (fast, accurate data entry; handling long tables, headers, footers, bookmarks, and links).
  • Excellent attention to detail and document presentation.
  • Competent with Excel spreadsheets including copying, pasting, sorting etc.

Desirable:

  • Experience using InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat advanced tools, FileZilla, and intranet document linking (or willingness to learn).
