Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience

What will you be doing?


As a key member of our Sales Administration team, you’ll support the smooth, efficient running of our sales function and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end client journey.
  • Working closely with the rest of the Sales Administration team to complete tasks effectively.
  • Confirming and processing new orders with the Sales and Projects teams.
  • Raising and monitoring tickets for the sales team.
  • Logging and tracking customer fault tickets, coordinating with the sales team and service desk.
  • Quality-checking documentation and CRM entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Managing reporting requirements, including deal and leasing progression.
  • Overseeing departmental inboxes and allocating tasks appropriately.
  • Handling incoming calls for the Sales department and directing them as needed.
  • Scheduling internal meetings and managing team room bookings.
  • Raising purchase orders and completing associated actions.
  • Supporting the sales team with updates to quotations and reissuing paperwork post-survey.
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records.
  • Supporting new client onboarding and ensuring smooth handover to Account Management.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider sales function.
  • Any other duties as required.

  • Exceptional organisational and workload prioritisation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Confident numerical skills.
