Accounts Assistant

We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant/Administrator to join the team.

12 hrs per week flexible on hrs

  • Process Monthly Credit Card Statements
  • Process invoices and receipts adding Sales Invoice Number & Customer, file in the statement folder.
  • Match up receipts against the statement.
  • Update monthly excel spreadsheet with relevant information.
  • Post monthly bank Payments re Credit Card
  • Raise sales invoices and send onto customers
  • Post daily bank receipts & card payment receipts
  • Raise commission invoices for events held in hotels, after the event.
  • Update Debtors Spreadsheet.
  • Chase Payment – All invoices to be paid before event date.
  • Updating separate excel spreadsheets for each event with Invoice and payment information
  • Coding and inputting invoices onto sage
  • Post supplier payments and send remittance advices
  • Filing into appropriate folder (Paid & Unpaid)
  • Weekly Aged Creditor Report
  • Suppliers Statement Reconciliations
