Job Title: Support Worker – Children’s Residential (Days or Nights)

Location: Burnley, Gisburn, Bradford & Keighley

Salary: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour

Hours: Flexible shifts available (Days or Nights)

Contract: Bank / Ongoing

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ experience supporting children or young people in a residential, supported living, or similar setting
• Confident managing challenging behaviour and supporting children with emotional or behavioural difficulties
• Strong communication, resilience, and a caring nature
• Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
• Full right to work in the UK

The Role

We’re working with a respected children’s residential provider across Lancashire and West Yorkshire, seeking Support Workers to join their team on a flexible bank basis.

You’ll provide consistent, nurturing support to children and young people, helping them feel safe, valued, and supported to reach their potential. Duties include daily routines, emotional support, and helping with education and activities.

Shifts are available on both days and nights, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.
