Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Suffolk or Remote (must be UK based).

Type: Part-time

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. You'll play a key role in guiding strategic decisions and ensuring our financial health. You will be part of a very small team, reporting to the director. Turnover is approximately £1m per annum.

There is a position in a Suffolk office, and separately a remote-based role which can be anywhere in the UK – please specify which role you are applying for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary task is data inputting and reconciliations
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls
• Support senior leadership with data-driven advice
• Lead financial audits and liaise with external partners

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/CMA a plus)
• 5+ years of financial management experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software (Quickbooks/Xero)
