Our client is a well-known international fashion brand with head offices located in Bushey. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Bookkeeper with experience in Sage Line 50 & advanced Excel to join their team on a part time permanent basis, 24 hours p/w over 4 days.

This is a standalone role offering flexibility and on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase invoices, payables and bank reconciliations for multiple accounts

• Handle import purchases (USD/EUR), including Customs & VAT duties

• Reconcile multiple currency bank accounts (GBP, EUR, USD)

• Process company credit card expenses across multiple accounts

• Prepare and file UK VAT returns

• Handle EC Sales and Intrastat filings

• Liaise with external accountants for quarterly and year-end accounts

• Support external accountants where required

Key Requirements

• Hold a relevant accounting qualification such as the AAT/ACCA (full/part qualified)

• Proficient in Sage Line 50 and advanced Excel

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in submitting UK and EU VAT returns

• Proven experience managing multi-currency transactions (GBP, EUR, USD)

• Previous experience working for an import company is essential
