Our client is looking for Sales Collection Agents for their Coventry branch.

They are offering long term employment and full, in-depth training will be given to the successful candidate.

Duties will include servicing existing clients, obtaining loan and retail orders, and generating new leads. The role is office-based role as well as visiting clients at the homes in the Coventry area.

Part-time hours: 15 - 25 per week (flexible hours)

Salary: £13.00 per hour plus bonuses

Sales Collection Agent Requirements:

1. Ideal candidates will have Sales, Customer Service or Finance experience
2. Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential
3. Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and good phone skills
4. Problem-solving ability
5. Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
6. Team player who works productively with wide range of people
7. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets/goals
8. Ex provident & other collected credit agents would be ideal
