Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including:
• Wills and Estate Planning
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Provide excellent client care and build strong, long-term relationships
• Support junior team members and contribute to departmental growth
• Handle all associated administrative and compliance duties

About You:

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with proven experience in Private Client law, particularly Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration. You will be personable, professional, and ready to take the next step in your career.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in Private Client work
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
• Ambition to progress into a leadership position
