Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Male Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a gentleman who may occasionally display challenging behaviour. If you’re someone who communicates clearly, stays composed under pressure, and thrives in a caring environment—this could be the perfect role for you.

Shift Pattern

• Part-time 24-hour contract
• Early shifts: 8pm-3pm
• Late shifts: 3pm-10pm
  
• Early shifts: sleep-in shift
  
• Full flexibility to work all three shifts is required, including weekends on a rota basis

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
