The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who need additional support with learning, communication, or sensory needs. You may work one-to-one or in small groups, helping children access the curriculum and build confidence. Your patience, empathy, and creativity will be key to helping every child thrive.

What We’re Looking For

  • A caring and committed approach to working with children with SEN
  • Experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or other learning differences
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Reed)
