The post – REQ000370 - Administrative Assistant


The London Campus is seeing significant growth in student numbers and growing its physical footprint. The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to guide the students throughout their academic journey, supporting the university in providing an excellent student experience. The post holder will also assist with UKVI compliance activities primarily relating to students.


This is a front facing role with no remote working available due to the nature of the post.


The successful candidate should have the following:


  • HNC or equivalent work experience
  • Experience of administrative work in a large dynamic organisation
  • Experience of working within in a dynamic team
  • Experience of excellent level of customer service
  • Experience of successfully of working to deadlines
  • Knowledge of the use of effective IT in the area of student administration.
