We’re hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper (Hybrid Working) to join our team!

Are you a detail-driven finance professional looking for flexible hours and hybrid working? We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper (Hybrid Working) to support our finance operations for 12–16 hours per week, with one day per week in our Epping office.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Prepare financial reports for management
• Assist with VAT returns and payroll
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Working Arrangements

• Hybrid working: 1 day per week in the office, remaining hours remote
• Flexible scheduling to suit your availability
• Note: Hours may increase slightly for a week or two around year-end (31st December) to support finalising accounts
