Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

• Deliver our full range of Spa experiences to the highest standards
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning
• Provide a welcoming, professional service that leaves guests feeling relaxed and cared for

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds relevant Level 2 or 3 spa or beauty qualifications
• Is passionate about guest experience and wellbeing
• Works well within a team and maintains high professional standards
• Has experience as a beauty therapist or massage therapist (preferred but not essential)
