Time Appointments are delighted to be working exclusively with a Woodbridge based client who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistantto provide first-class support to the Managing Director and wider leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative, fast-growing publishing house where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Organising travel, including booking hotels and flights, and managing expenses
Comprehensive diary management and scheduling
Planning and coordinating events, conferences, and company functions
Conducting research on new business projects and ventures
Acting as a reliable point of liaison and communication for the Managing Director
Reviewing, summarising, and preparing business reports and documentation
Providing administrative support including presentations, meeting preparation, and minute-taking
Preparing for business meetings with clients and partners
Managing day-to-day office operations, including Health & Safety, office contracts, and maintenance
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and use initiative
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn
Professional attitude with a polished approach to business practice
Hours: Part-time (22hours)
