I’m working in partnership with a well-established, LEXCEL-accredited law firm that has demonstrated impressive growth over the past five years. As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their dynamic and growing Business Support Team.

In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with the firm’s COLP and Practice Manager, taking ownership of both day-to-day and annual compliance responsibilities. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the firm operates in a risk-free and fully compliant manner across all offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance across areas including SRA, Lexcel, GDPR, Health & Safety, and Anti-Money Laundering
• Draft and review internal policies and procedures
• Conduct audits, regulatory risk assessments, and produce reports with actionable recommendations
• Maintain compliance registers and update the internal policy library
• Deliver training sessions to staff across multiple offices
• Handle claims and complaints in line with regulatory standards

About You:

• Ideally, you’ll bring experience in compliance within the legal sector
• A confident communicator with the ability to engage and support staff at all levels
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about promoting best practice
