The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference at the first point of contact? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting customers through their claims journey. From handling calls and written correspondence to negotiating settlements and working with automated processes, this role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to build your knowledge of legal and regulatory matters. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow within a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
