Receptionist – Aesthetics & Beauty Clinic (Saturdays Only)

We’re hiring for our client who is looking for a polished, professional and customer-focused individual to be the face of our clinic every Saturday working as our Receptionist.

If you're a self-starter with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering a five-star experience, this role offers the perfect opportunity to work in a modern and friendly environment – with commission incentives included!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a first-class experience from arrival to departure
  • Manage all bookings via our scheduling system, including amendments and confirmations
  • Take payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely
  • Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings
  • Maintain a tidy, calming and organised reception and waiting area
  • Promote services and products when appropriate to maximise sales opportunities
  • Liaise with therapists and practitioners to ensure smooth appointment flow
  • Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain client records and ensure GDPR compliance

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT and Technology skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Availability every Saturday from 11am–5pm
