We are recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper for an owner-managed business on the outskirts of Gainsborough. This is a brand-new position created to support continued business growth and increasing business demands.
This is a part-time role with flexibility around the hours and days, 3 or 4 full days or across 5 days.
Working closely with Director, duties will include:
Manipulating data for large Excel spreadsheets for multinational clients.
Basic bookkeeping on Xero for smaller clients.
General administration, including diary management and assisting with PowerPoint presentations.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
Previous experience is essential.
Good IT skills are essential, and knowledge of Xero would be an advantage.
You will be self-motivated, able to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.
