Part Time Account Assistant

Are you looking for a term time only, part time, hybrid accounts/finance position? This is a rarely available opportunity to join our client’s fast paced business.

Hours are 9am – 3pm, Monday, Tuesday and Friday with one day per week working from home. Term time only.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transactional processing for multiple clients.
  • Purchase ledger – processing invoices and weekly payment runs.
  • Sales ledger/credit control.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Payroll preparation.
  • Assisting with VAT return information.
  • Liaising with clients and resolving queries.

You should have previous accounting experience with excellent ledger skills, be IT literate and have good organisation and attention to detail.
