Telesales Executive

We are looking for a bright, friendly and proactive Telesales Executive to join our client’s expanding business development team within the financial services sector.

You will need to be able to identify and generate opportunities through a database of existing customers in line with the company sales strategy and deliver exceptional customer service every time.

Key Responsibilities:

To identify and perform outbound sales calls, including lead generation, lead follow-up and sales qualification.

Maintaining the database ensuring all customer information is up to date and accurate

Building profitable and enduring relationships with new and existing targeted customer opportunities

Maintain & prospect the database that supports the wider ambition of the business.

Achieve allocated sales targets and KPIs

Key skills & Experience:

Experience of working in a telesales or tele appointment role

Excellent communication & organisational skills.

Highly results focused with a winning mindset.

Ability to interact effectively at multi-levels.

MS Office skills with a high level of numeracy and Excel skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company, where people are rewarded for their achievements and hard work. This is a part-time opportunity and we are looking for someone who can work at least 15 hours a week, but if you can work more this can be discussed at interview stage.


This is an office-based role and, due to location, a car/DVLC is essential.
