Support Worker –  (Brent)

Location: Brent
Contract: Full time, Part Time, Sessional
Shifts: 7am–10pm, Monday to Sunday

We’re currently recruiting Support Workers in Brent for a 30-hour weekend contract. Whether you’re experienced in care or just starting out, we’ll help you grow with full training and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll support 3 individuals with:

• Profound and Multiple Learning disabilities

• Physical disabilities

• Mental health conditions

• Delegated tasks and heath monitoring including respiratory support, enteral nutrition and liaise with health professionals 

• Every day is different. You’ll tailor your support to each person’s unique needs and goals—making a lasting difference in their lives. 

• The people we support in Brent have specific communication needs, so someone with patience, time and a calm nature is needed!

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help with:

• Personal care and wellbeing

• Meal planning and preparation

• Household tasks
• Hobbies, activities, and social events

• Maximising opportunities for confidence and independent choice making through specific communication plans. 

We require a female for this specific advert due to the clients needs.
