?? Based in Walsall community (with time at Head Office in Sandwell)
?? £24,310 - £27,751 FTE (£14,586 - £16,650 pro rata)
?? Full-time (37.5 hrs) or part-time (22.5 hrs)
?? Travel required | ?? Training & clinical supervision provided

?? About the Role:
Are you passionate about empowering survivors and making real change? As an IDVA, you'll provide vital frontline support to victims of domestic abuse - helping them stay safe, navigate their options, and rebuild their independence.

You'll:
? Work directly with high-risk clients
? Carry out risk assessments & safety plans
? Advocate for survivors at MARAC and with partner agencies
? Deliver trauma-informed, empowering support

?? We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting victims of domestic abuse or other vulnerabilities

• Understands safeguarding, risk assessment & crisis intervention

• Brings empathy, resilience, and great communication skills

• Holds (or is working toward) an IDVA qualification

• Has a full driving licence & access to a car

• Is female (Occupational Requirement under Equality Act 2010)
