Administrator - Keyholding Department
We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented Keyholding Administrator to join our Banham Keyholding Division for a 12mth FTC Maternity Cover.
In this vital role, you’ll provide administrative and customer service support to ensure our Keyholding operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for managing client enquiries, coordinating operational bookings, and maintaining accurate records — all while upholding Banham’s high standards and compliance with industry regulations.

What You’ll Do
- Handle general enquiries and deliver excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
- Answer calls and manage a variety of client requests, complaints, and queries efficiently and professionally.
- Support with invoice and accounting queries, ensuring accurate communication between teams.
- Schedule bookings for operational teams and ensure all relevant details are shared promptly.
- Liaise with Shift Managers, Key Guards(motorbike emergency response riders), and other Banham departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Manage inbound client leads, securing sales and following up to maintain strong client relationships.
- Perform general administrative duties, including:
- Updating customer accounts
- Setting up and closing accounts
- Booking surveys
- Archiving documentation
- Assist customers visiting Head Office with Keyholding-related queries.
- Handle customer keys securely in line with regulatory and company procedures.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
