Part-time Payroll Clerk

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to manage the payroll process for approximately 85 monthly and 16 weekly employees. Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Inputting timesheets onto Sage Payroll
  • Managing statutory deductions
  • Calculation of holiday pay, SMP / SPP / SSP
  • Handling all pension administration
  • Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation
  • Occasionally assist with basic accounts tasks as needed
  • Use of Sage Payroll software

You will need to have a proven track record of running end to end payroll, and ideally have previous experience using Sage. The company are looking for someone to work circa 1 day a week.
