Hot Yoga & Reformer Pilates Studio Lead / Coordinator

A prestigious private health club is seeking an experienced Hot Yoga & Reformer Pilates Studio Lead / Coordinator to drive the success and growth of its premium wellness studios. This is a key leadership role for a commercially minded professional who can lead a small team, manage operations efficiently, and deliver exceptional member experiences.

The Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the Hot Yoga and Reformer Pilates studios, ensuring operational excellence while driving commercial performance. You’ll combine hands-on leadership with a focus on sales, engagement, and growth, helping to elevate the club’s wellness offering.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of instructors and studio staff, ensuring consistent high-quality delivery.
  • Drive sales of memberships, class packages, and retail; monitor KPIs and support campaigns.
  • Manage rotas, timesheets, insurance documentation, and class cover.
  • Ensure studios are clean, fully equipped, and professionally presented.
  • Coordinate and support instructors, providing feedback to maintain a premium programme.
  • Plan and deliver studio challenges, events, and incentives to boost member engagement.
  • Manage studio communications, marketing content, and social media in collaboration with wider teams.
  • Work closely with senior management to support wider business objectives and studio growth.


  • Candidate Profile:Proven leadership and organisational skills, with experience managing teams.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Hot Yoga, Reformer Pilates, or holistic fitness is highly desirable.
  • Exercise to Music, Yoga, Pilates instructor qualification, or Assessor qualification is advantageous.
  • Strong communicator, able to motivate staff and engage members effectively.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences in a premium wellness environment.


  • Working HoursPart-time or full-time (30 - 40 hours per week).
  • Club opening hours: 6am – 10.30pm.
  • 4/5 out of 7 days, rota planned
