Description

• Provide administrative support across various human resources functions.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support onboarding processes, including preparing contracts and organising induction sessions.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Coordinate training sessions and track employee development progress.
• Generate HR reports and assist in data analysis as required.

Profile

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

• Previous experience in human resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR systems and employment legislation.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• A proactive approach with attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Be able to work Monday, Thursday & Fridays
