Description
Provide administrative support across various human resources functions.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support onboarding processes, including preparing contracts and organising induction sessions.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Coordinate training sessions and track employee development progress.
Generate HR reports and assist in data analysis as required.
Profile
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
Previous experience in human resources or a related field.
Knowledge of HR systems and employment legislation.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
A proactive approach with attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Be able to work Monday, Thursday & Fridays
