You will be a key member of the sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager and be responsible for driving the weekend team’s performance, motivating and developing team members to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also work collaboratively with other Team Leaders to help achieve broader sales objectives. This is a Unique Part-time opportunity working weekends + 1 other day during the week with fantastic earning potential. If this aligns with your circumstances this could be the role for you.

Key responsibilities for Sales Team Leader job;

  • Lead and oversee the weekend sales team to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, promoting
  • services.
  • Monitor team performance, identifying areas for development and implementing targeted plans to improve outcomes.
  • Build rapport with prospective customers to enhance the customer experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Provide continuous support to team members, ensuring consistency in sales performance.
  • Facilitate personal development and training initiatives for team members.
  • Use creative leadership strategies to inspire and drive team success.
  • Identify and address obstacles that may impact team performance.
  • Analyze sales data and customer interactions to enhance overall effectiveness and inform strategic initiatives.
