Logistics Lead Generator – Remote (UK-Based)

Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (Flexible)
Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics company who are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Logistics Lead Generator to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales experience who wants to work remotely with flexible hours. If you have logistics industry knowledge, even better – that experience will put you at the top end of the salary bracket.

The Role

  • Source new leads via LinkedIn, historical job data, trending commodities, and high-demand global locations.
  • Create and manage leads within the company’s CRM system.
  • Cold call potential customers to introduce services and qualify opportunities.
  • Present warm leads to the internal pricing team for follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales experience is essential; logistics knowledge is highly desirable.
  • A confident communicator who thrives on outbound calling and building relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline effectively.
