Walker Cole International is supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the appointment of an EHS Health Advisor (part-time, 0.6 FTE). This role will support the delivery of proactive health programmes and initiatives that ensure compliance with regulatory standards while promoting a culture of wellbeing across the organisation.

• Manage contracts for outsourced Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene services.
• Coordinate health surveillance and case management with HR and EHS teams.
• Lead the development and maintenance of health programmes, SOPs, and risk assessments.
• Represent the UK & Ireland region in global health and wellbeing initiatives.

• Degree in a scientific, health, or environmental discipline, with NEBOSH certification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in EHS or Occupational Health management within a regulated environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
• Proactive, collaborative, and highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
