Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £25,000 per year (pro rata)
Hours: Part-time, office-based role

We're looking for a highly organised and professional Administrator to join a well-established business based in Wolverhampton. This role plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, providing first-class administrative support and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and post
  • Performing accurate and efficient data entry
  • Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documents are well-organised
  • Providing administrative support to various departments
  • Handling general clerical tasks such as typing, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies
Skills & Experience
  • Previous office or administrative experience is essential
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
